We chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. It has the charm and atmosphere of a small hotel. The rooms are not new, but they have everything you need. Special mention goes to the hotel reception staff—the guys were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. We enjoyed dinner on the rooftop terrace with delicious food and a fantastic evening view. The next morning, after breakfast on the rooftop terrace, we were treated to a complimentary glass of Prosecco from the hotel. The hotel also offers parking, which was an important factor in our decision. The parking is located in a nearby block, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and the price was more reasonable compared to other hotels in the city center. The Old Town was just a 10-minute walk away. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip and recommend it to our friends.

Arrived late as plane was delayed. The gentleman on reception was helpful in getting us checked in quickly and getting fresh milk for our room to make a coffee. Friends with us went early the next day on a trip, I had ordered a breakfast box for them, which they all said was good. The location is very good with the main square less the 10min walk, and you are next to the castle. To walk to the Ghetto was about 40mins along the river. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and plenty of different foods. The staff were very friendly and one gentleman on reception called Bart was always chirpy and smiling, This is my husbands and I second time at this hotel, previously 8 years ago and it was still as good. Friends with us have already recommened it to other people. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel’s location is great, at the edge of the historic centre and a few minutes’ walk from Wawel castle and the cathedral. Private parking is available for a reasonable fee, which is a big plus if you travel by car. The hotel facilities and rooms are excellent, but we give five stars to the staff, which is extremely friendly and helpful. The “Sky Bar” with restaurant has a great view on the city and the Vistula river. The city of Cracow is a must-see, with plenty of historical monuments, but also full of life – the old Market is a fine example. The Polish population is young and dynamic, this is the future of Europe!

Brilliant location. Right next to Castle and by the river. 10 minutes walk to town square. Comprehensive breakfast buffet with some hot choices, including yummy scrambled egg, which is hard to get spot on - but they did. Room fairly small and basic ( but doesn't advertise itself as anything different), but very comfortable and have shampoo/shower gel dispensers on the wall. Free glass of prosecco in lovely Sky Bar for guests. Bart the manager and staff very friendly and helpful. It's excellent value for money. Definitely coming back.

Warm welcome . Ever helpful staff . Comfortable quiet secure room . Good breakfast. Lovely rooftop Skybar with panoramic views. Nice sauna . Four day stay in room overlooking River Vistula and side of Wavel Castle. Location of hotel is a few minutes walk from numerous sites including the Castle complex and Old Town. Only a few hundred metres to important public transport links including direct bus to airport(Bus 300), tram 1 to Tauron Stadium and direct route to awesome Salt Mine!
