I stayed at this hotel 5 years ago and I would stay again. The staff are all incredibly helpful and welcoming, the rooms are exceptionally clean and the location is great. It is an approximate 7-10 minute walk to the Old Town Square (which is very easy and enjoyable) with a wonderful view of the river and castle right on the doorstep. The breakfast is absolutely lovely - buffet continental breakfast, cereal, toast and scrambled egg, sausages and baked beans. Both the restaurant and Rooftop bar are incredibly modern, with a lovely ambience. You can purchase a full english breakfast too very cheaply. If you are on an early start for trips, breakfast does not open until 0700hrs. Rooms: Clean and tidy, think Premier Inn standard. If you want milk for the tea/coffee making facilities in your room, you must ask at reception and they will give fresh milk (they don't provide milk in the rooms). There are hairdryers in the rooms. Single occupancy rooms are single beds - but spacious and comfy. The rooftop bar is the jewel in the crown, with fantastic views. Food here is beautiful too if you have had a long day and really do not want to walk into town, reasonably priced, very tasty and large portions. We booked our hotel transfers from the airport directly with the hotel. It is more expensive than uber/Bolt, but since I was travelling with an elderly relative I was looking for ease - and it was flawless and stress free! Right next door to the hotel is a small shop, which sells bottled water and snacks. Around the corner, on the way to the Old Town (1 minute from hotel) is a small supermarket, where you can buy essentials, water and sandwiches/rolls/snacks for day trips.

We chose this hotel, and it did not disappoint. It has the charm and atmosphere of a small hotel. The rooms are not new, but they have everything you need. Special mention goes to the hotel reception staff—the guys were extremely helpful, friendly, and courteous. We enjoyed dinner on the rooftop terrace with delicious food and a fantastic evening view. The next morning, after breakfast on the rooftop terrace, we were treated to a complimentary glass of Prosecco from the hotel. The hotel also offers parking, which was an important factor in our decision. The parking is located in a nearby block, just a 2-minute walk from the hotel, and the price was more reasonable compared to other hotels in the city center. The Old Town was just a 10-minute walk away. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next trip and recommend it to our friends.

Arrived late as plane was delayed. The gentleman on reception was helpful in getting us checked in quickly and getting fresh milk for our room to make a coffee. Friends with us went early the next day on a trip, I had ordered a breakfast box for them, which they all said was good. The location is very good with the main square less the 10min walk, and you are next to the castle. To walk to the Ghetto was about 40mins along the river. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and plenty of different foods. The staff were very friendly and one gentleman on reception called Bart was always chirpy and smiling, This is my husbands and I second time at this hotel, previously 8 years ago and it was still as good. Friends with us have already recommened it to other people. Would definitely stay here again.

Their receptions are very polite. We arrived there early and we wanted to checkin at that time if possible, the receptionist was helping us to check the room and we got one, they let us checked in early at 12pm instead of 3pm :). The breakfast also great. They provided hot and cold meals. And they always make sure to refill the meal if it was almost empty. The restaurant staff are also polite :). The bed is comfortable enough, there’s a TV also, even only local stations 😅 but I enjoyed watching the Christmas mass from one of their tv stations. The bathroom is quite big surprisingly. They provided decent amount of shampoo and soaps.

The hotel’s location is great, at the edge of the historic centre and a few minutes’ walk from Wawel castle and the cathedral. Private parking is available for a reasonable fee, which is a big plus if you travel by car. The hotel facilities and rooms are excellent, but we give five stars to the staff, which is extremely friendly and helpful. The “Sky Bar” with restaurant has a great view on the city and the Vistula river. The city of Cracow is a must-see, with plenty of historical monuments, but also full of life – the old Market is a fine example. The Polish population is young and dynamic, this is the future of Europe!
